Service Estimates and Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise, and we will notify you before proceeding with any changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require:

• A deposit before work begins (amount specified in your agreement)
• Progress payments for larger projects as outlined in your contract
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. We will provide warranty details for your specific materials at the time of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit deposits. Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed to us.

Limitation of Liability

CleanCut Tuscaloosa Artificial Grass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
